We operate a 14 day returns policy. Under our 14 day money back guarantee you may return to us, any product that you are not completely satisfied with providing it has not been assembled and remains in its original packaging Talbots(Birmingham)Ltd will not accept any responsibility or liability for any transit damage that may occur on any product that you have returned to us whether for replacement or return. We strongly suggest that you make sure that you use sufficient packaging to protect your returns and insure against damage before returning any product.

Cancellation

Should you wish to cancel your order please email your request to sales@talbotsbirm.co.uk if the item has not yet been despatched, the items ordered will be cancelled.
